As a Sales Manager at OSL Future, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales performance of Tata Motors vehicles at our dealership. Your primary goal will be to lead the sales team, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle purchasing process. You will manage all aspects of the sales process, from team management and customer interactions to executing sales strategies and enhancing market penetration. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive sales background, leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share. Align with Tata Motors’ sales objectives and create actionable plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of motivation, productivity, and professionalism within the team.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfying car-buying experience. Engage with customers personally and ensure all their needs and queries are met promptly.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales growth. Use data insights to adjust sales strategies and capture a larger share of the market.
Lead Conversion: Drive the conversion of leads into successful vehicle sales. Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring customer needs are understood and met, and negotiate terms effectively to close deals.
Promotional Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that boost sales and attract new customers. Engage in outreach activities to promote Tata Motors vehicles and OSL Future’s dealership offerings.
Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, lead generation, and customer feedback. Prepare regular sales reports for management review and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure a well-stocked and balanced inventory of Tata Motors vehicles, ensuring the dealership meets customer demand without overstocking.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout their buying journey, from inquiry to delivery. Address any issues or complaints swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all sales processes are compliant with company policies, legal regulations, and Tata Motors’ quality standards. Maintain transparency and ethical sales practices across the team.
